Logo concept created by Joel Mertz for a publicly traded Healthcare savings company. The graphic is of an H broken up both vertically and horizontally by 90 degree lines. There is text on the logo that reads, HealthTec.

For HealthTec, (a fictitious name created for reasons of privacy) reliability, accuracy and quality of data are paramount to the company’s products and services. These values necessitated a traditional, established logo that conveyed stability and strength while also still hinting at the company’s technological prowess. Design for the logo was inspired by the fiber optic cables used by the organization for collecting and transferring their sensitive data. The “H” also represents a network or grid, where different sources of information align and cross paths.
